Hello, my name is Zeina, and I am the Operations Manager at Elles Belles. I believe that high-quality early childhood education is built on strong relationships, meaningful connections, and a genuine sense of belonging.
Every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued, and I am passionate about creating environments where children can thrive, families feel supported, and educators feel empowered. My journey in early childhood education began in 2015, and throughout my career I have had the privilege of working in a variety of roles including Room Leader, Educational Leader, Campus Director, and now Operations Manager. Each role has strengthened my understanding of the importance of collaboration, reflective practice, and creating positive outcomes for children, families, and educators. Becoming a mother has further shaped my philosophy and deepened my appreciation for the trust families place in us each day. Experiencing early childhood education from both a professional and personal perspective has strengthened my commitment to creating environments that feel like a home away from home, where children are nurtured, and encouraged to develop confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.
I believe that educators play a vital role in shaping children’s early experiences and that by supporting and mentoring teams, we can create meaningful and lasting impacts on the lives of children and families. I value open communication, strong leadership, and fostering a culture where educators feel respected, supported, and inspired to continuously grow in their practice. I am committed to ensuring our services maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and care. My goal is to support each campus in providing warm, welcoming, and inclusive environments where children, families, and educators experience a true sense of belonging and connection within the Elles Belles community.
