Elena Gorozidis is the Founder and Owner of Elles Belles Early Learning, a family-owned and operated group of Early Learning Centres and Kindergartens in Melbourne.

Since 2013, Elena has built a reputation for creating high-quality, purpose-driven learning environments where children, families and educators thrive. Prior to founding Elles Belles Early Learning, Elena successfully developed, owned and operated a 130-place Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten in Melbourne’s Docklands. Located within a heritage-listed building, the service was thoughtfully designed to complement the unique character of the space while delivering a contemporary and innovative learning environment. Under her leadership, the centre became a highly successful business and was sold in 2015, providing the foundation and inspiration for the creation of the Elles Belles brand.

As a mother of two young children herself, Elena understands firsthand the trust families place in an early learning service. She knows what it feels like to drop your child off each morning and wants every family to feel the same sense of confidence, warmth and belonging that she seeks for her own children. This perspective influences every decision made across the Elles Belles campuses.

Today, Elena oversees multiple campuses across Melbourne and remains actively involved in all aspects of the business. From strategic planning, property acquisition and centre development through to operations, team leadership, marketing, recruitment and educational direction, she maintains a hands-on approach that ensures every service reflects the values and vision upon which the company was built.

Elena has built Elles Belles Early Learning as a true family business. Their philosophy is simple: to provide the kind of early learning experience they would want for their own children. This family-first approach has become the foundation of the Elles Belles culture and the reason so many families choose to stay with the service for years.

Elena has successfully led teams of more than fifty employees and has personally interviewed and recruited hundreds of educators, teachers, chefs and leaders throughout her career. Her strength lies in identifying exceptional people, building strong cultures and creating workplaces where professionals are empowered to grow and succeed.

Known for her attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality, Elena works closely with architects, builders, consultants and regulatory bodies to bring each new service to life. Her centres are recognised for their thoughtfully curated environments, innovative programs and strong community connections.
