Hi, my name is Constance, but you can call me Coco, I am the Director of the Cheltenham Campus. After completing my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2012, I have gained experience across a variety of roles including Nursery and Pre-Kinder Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Director and now Campus Director.

My philosophy is centred around building genuine relationships and creating a strong sense of belonging for every child, family, and educator. I believe that children learn best when they feel safe, valued, respected, and connected to their environment. Every child deserves to have their voice heard and to feel confident in expressing themselves, exploring their interests, and developing at their own pace. I am passionate about creating inclusive environments where all children feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated for who they are. I believe in the importance of child-led learning and providing opportunities that encourage curiosity, independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

As a leader, I value open communication, collaboration, and leading by example. One of the aspects of my role that I am most proud of is the genuine relationships I have built with my team. I strive to create a supportive environment where educators feel comfortable seeking guidance, sharing ideas, and growing professionally, while also maintaining the professionalism needed to provide the highest quality care and education. I strongly believe that meaningful partnerships with families are essential. By building relationships based on trust, respect, and transparency, we can work together to support each child’s unique journey and create a positive community for everyone. My goal is to ensure that every child, family, and Educator who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and has a true sense of belonging within the Elles Belles community.
