Zeina enjoys working collaboratively and supporting the team at Elles Belles with day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance aligns with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and that regulatory frameworks are maintained to the highest standard.
Since 2015, Zeina has showcased her passion as a Room Leader, educating and caring for children, which has provided her with the opportunity to progress through various leadership roles within Elles Belles. This includes curriculum planning and implementation as an Educational Leader, building and mentoring a team as a Campus Director for a newly built service, and most recently, working as Central Support in Head Office.
Becoming a mother to her son has been Zeina’s greatest achievement and source of inspiration. Experiencing the world of early childhood through both professional and personal lenses has deepened her empathy, strengthened her understanding of families’ needs, and reignited her commitment to providing children with the same love, safety, and sense of belonging she cherishes for her own child.
Zeina’s passion for high-quality care incorporates a “home away from home” feel, while fostering positive, trusting, and lasting relationships with children, families, and educators alike.
